Description
The Thyme essential oil obtained by distillation of this flower and used for inhalations, gargles, massages, or even as for a relaxing bath.
Use it as an expectorant in cough and respiratory making puffs. Take a drop of oil in a bowl of boiled water and make inhalation.
Treat gingivitis by putting 2-3 drops of oil in a glass of water and then gargle with it.
Relieve muscular, rheumatic and arthritic pain and improve the blood circulation by massaging. Use 2-3 drops of oil in a spoonful oil.
Relax in your tub by filling it with hot water dropping 2-3 drops of oil in the bath salts to your bath.
Safe use: Use it always diluted in small doses. Avoid swallowing.
