The essential oil of lavender is obtained by the distillation of early flower and is used for inhalation, massage, or even for a relaxing bath.
Fight headache and migraine rubbing the temples and forehead with 1-2 drops of lavender. It also relieves rheumatic and arthritic pains.
Enjoy your bath by dropping 5-6 drops of lavender into the water. Additionally, place under your pillow a cloth with 1-2 drops of lavender. This can relax you and make you sleep pleasant.
Use it also to relieve burns, insect bites and small wounds.
Safe use: In pregnant women and children should always be used diluted in oil.
